In this episode the South Park creators has written Bart Simpson into the story. It's not voiced by Nancy Cartwright who usually does it, but it's clear that they want us to believe that it is Bart. They use quotes he is famous for and refer to the season 1 episode The Telltale Head, where Bart cut of the head on the Jebediah Springfield statue.

In Cartoon Wars Part II Cartman finally reaches Fox Studios so he can persuade them into not airing the Family Guy episode with the profet Muhammad. Cartman is convinced that if he manage to get one episode pulled the entire series will eventually be cancelled. However he's not the only one who wants Family Guy off the air...

Cartman: Mam! I need to speak with the president of this network right away!
Receptionist: What is it regarding?
Cartman: It's regarding Family Guy. I demand that the Muhammad episode be pulled before it airs tonight. It's incendiary, it's offencive to Muslims and people can get hurt. It's wrong! It's wrrrooong!
Receptionist: Okay... but if you got a problem with Family Guy, you'll have to wait in line. That little boy over there has an appointment to try and get Family Guy off the air all together.

Cartman: Look kid, if you hate a tv-show, all you have to do is get an episode pulled. Pretty soon the show is compromised and it goes off the air.
Bart: Cool man!
Cartman: Yes. So my plan is to use this whole Muhammad thing as a way to scare the network into pulling tonight's show. I'm going to use fear to get them to do what I want.
Bart: Isn't that like... terrorism?
Cartman: No. It isn't "like terrorism." It IS terrorism.
Bart: I could do that.
Cartman: This is manipulation at its highest level. You should let me handle this.
Bart: I'm a pretty bad kid.
Cartman: Really? What's the worst thing you've ever done?
Bart: I stole the head of a statue once.
Cartman: (sarcastic) Wow! That's pretty hard core. Jeez.
Cartman: That's like this one time when I didn't like a kid, so I ground his parents up into chilli and fed it to him!
Bart: You got it man! You got it! [rolls away on his skateboard]

Cartman walks out of the studio after the president has decided to not air the Family Guy episode.

Cartman (singing): Family Guy is going of the air! No more Family Guy for me...
Kyle: Cartmaaaan! You f**king fat ass!
Cartman: How the hell did you get out?
Kyle: That kid and I had a long talk. I told him he was on a slippery slope to becoming a monster, like you!
Cartman: Ah, God damn it! You gave him one of your gay little speeches, didn't you?

Kyle and Cartman starts fighting before Bart breaks in by smashing his skateboard into Cartman's head. Kyle manage to get to the president's office and talk him into airing the episode. The episode airs and the terrorists takes a not-to-grusome revenge.
